The program includes training in pace, etiquette of behavior. Race strategy is also taught. Sports education is one of the foundations of this program.
Pre-competition program. The program is aimed at children 7-13 years old. The duration of training is 2 times a week. The program builds on a deeper introduction to the world of competitive swimming. Includes competitive basics. Students learn the rules, regulations, technique, develop stroke. Endurance training is underway.
The Intermediate Program is the first stage. The program is designed for children 9-13 years old. In the learning process, much attention is paid to improving the stroke. Strengthened training is carried out, which allows you to develop endurance. The duration of training is 3-4 times a week. The duration of one workout is from 90 to 120 minutes. Dry land training is also provided. They are held once a week.
Intermediate program – stage 2. More attention is paid to training to increase endurance. A more athletic approach is provided that allows young swimmers to move to a new, advanced level of sport. They set goals that the children successfully achieve. The duration of training is up to 6 times a week, including 2 training sessions that are held on land. The duration of one workout is from 90 to 120 minutes.
